Lex – Founder & Creative Visionary
Lex’s lifelong passion for helping others, her creative eye, and over a decade of experience scaling her husband’s business have shaped her expertise in brand strategy, marketing, and visual storytelling.
As the CEO of Crystalline Clear Marketing, she leads with a commitment to helping businesses grow with clarity and confidence. She brings an eye for detail and storytelling, a passion for entrepreneurial success and independence, and a deep understanding of how strategic marketing fuels brand visibility and impact.
While she is the initial point of contact, clients collaborate with the CCM team to ensure their projects receive the best creative and strategic execution. Lex also serves as the lead branding photographer, capturing the essence of businesses through compelling visuals that resonate.
Erin – Operations & Web Development Specialist
Erin is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse at Crystalline Clear Marketing, ensuring projects stay organized, strategic, and on track.
As Lex’s right-hand doer, she helps map out marketing strategies, structure client projects, and bring creative visions to life. A multi-talented workhorse, Erin specializes in website design and development, crafting seamless, high-converting sites tailored to each brand’s needs. Clients who sign on for a website build will work 1:1 with Erin, benefiting from her keen eye for design and functionality.
She also creates custom infographics and visual assets, enhancing brand storytelling with clarity and impact. As she expands her expertise, Erin is training to become one of CCM’s business and marketing consultants, adding even more value to the team and the clients we serve.
Steffi- Video Editor & Visual Content Specialist
As part of the Crystalline Clear Marketing team, Steffi assists in transforming raw footage into polished, brand-aligned visual content that enhances our clients' digital presence. Under Lex’s creative direction, she executes editing techniques that maintain consistency with CCM’s signature style, ensuring that every reel and video aligns with strategic marketing goals.
With a keen eye for rhythm, color correction, and brand cohesion, Steffi helps bring our visual content to life. Her adaptability and attention to detail allow her to refine edits that reflect each brand’s unique identity, always staying within the creative framework and quality standards set by CCM.
Steffi’s role is an essential support to our visual content production process, helping to shape engaging, high-quality content while ensuring our brand vision and client strategies remain at the forefront.
